STRENGTH/
HITT
Interval Strength Training with a little cardio mixed in. Tuesday & Thursday alternate Upper & Lower body focus. Wednesday & Friday are Full Body.
KICKBOXING
Take your frustrations out as we punch & kick bags to the beat of the music! Kickboxing fundamentals + weights/HIIT for a full body workout
YOGA + MOBILITY
A slow-flow, stretch based yoga class for all levels that incorporates mobility & myofascial release. A perfect compliment to our strength training!

FITNESS
A throw back to old school aerobics with a mix of HIIT training! Fun music, repetitive moves and modifications for everyBODY!
BARRE
A blend of pilates & ballet-inspired moves to challenge you with low impact – no jumping, light weights – yet high intensity – repetitive movements
BUTI YOGA
A fast & fun music-driven blend of power yoga, tribal dance, primal movements, cardio-dance bursts, and deep-core conditioning. (women only)
